Terms and Conditions:
Book your room for the next year until 31st of December 2008 to recieve a 35% discount on the published rates. The offer is valid for reservations in period from 4th of January till 9th of April 2009. Minimum lenght of stay is 2 nights. 100% prepayment at the time of the booking
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to 1 week prior to the arrival will cause 50 % cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled  less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show, 100 % of the booked accommodation will be charged.
